Distribution Associate - Tree of Life Products

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Distribution Associate, you will play a critical role in the efficient movement of goods throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely distribution of products.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
