The Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania facility is 1,120,845 square feet and home to about 470 hard working team members who are proud to produce iconic pet food brands like Kibbles 'n Bits® and 9Lives®. This location has a cannery that produces wet dog food and there is also a Distribution Center on-site. Bloomsburg is home to Bloomsburg University, a municipal airport, a landmark Town Park with many acres of recreational activities, and has one of the largest and longest running fairs in the country. The Crew Supervisor Role reports to and assists the the Shift Supervisor with day to day operation of the Bloomsburg Distribution Center. 

Shift: 3rd shift, Thursday - Sunday, 10:50pm-7:00am

• Maintain product safety, quality, and legality for storage and distribution in accordance with PCB quality policy and standards. 
• Assist with assignment of work and workorders including loading, unloading, and picking of product for customer orders. 
• Assist shift supervisor with the daily operations of the shift. 
• Setup of hourly employees at the beginning of each shift. 
• Assist hourly employees with issues that come up during the daily operations in the DC. 
• Assure all employees complete all work in a safe and quality manner, ensuring all policies, regulations and standards are followed. 
• Running the shipping desk including assisting truck drivers with inbound and outbounds orders. 
• Assure compliance to all quality standards, GMP and BRC requirements. 
• Able to independently run the shift when the shift supervisor is off. 

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Supply Chain, Management, or similar field preferred. 
• 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience preferred. 
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time. 
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel a must. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Good communication skills but verbal and written.
