Qualifications:

• More than 1 year of experience as maintenance supervisor and/or Associate Degree in related fields.

• English.

• Spanish (Preferred but not required).

• Creation, monitoring, and execution of maintenance plans.

• Knowledge in maintenance of racks, conveyors, and their components.

• Experience in warehousing operations and inventory management (preferred). 

• Experience in part inventory management and procurement (preferred).

• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Skilled in organization and prioritization.

• Able to coach, develop, engage, and retain associates.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Installation or maintenance of electromechanical systems in the Distribution Center or handling of materials, maintenance and handling of conveyor lines, supplier management, quality systems, 5'S
