IMMEDIATE NEED !!....Client is looking for a Distribution Construction Superintendent for long term projects in Georgia. Your main responsibility will be to inspect & provide on-site administrative & technical management of field related construction activities for overhead & underground electric distribution line construction projects.
location: Atlanta, Georgia

salary: $50 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 6pm
education: High School
responsibilities:
+ Assist the CM with the day-to-day administrative technical management of all distribution activities, scoping, engage company stakeholders, subject matter experts to understand existing processes, procedures, and best practices to develop complementary client specific technical guidance for contractors to drive construction efficiency and quality
+ Work with Project Managers, Contractors, Engineering during distribution scoping activities
+ Develop and foster effective client and contractor relationships
+ Provide Technical assistance on distribution issues to all functional areas
+ Participate in all constructability reviews with all Contractors
+ Onboard new Construction Superintendents and retrain coordinators with new policies and processes
+ Conduct pre-engineering site visits with engineers and right of way managers
+ Oversight of contractor line crews on the Program. Monitor overhead and underground line construction. Observe crews for safety and work done per specifications.
+ Manage Superintendents and work with contractor to resolve construction issues and keep construction on track.
