Distribution/Warehouse Team Lead - Path Engineering

As a Distribution Team Leader (also known as Warehouse Operations Leader, Material Handling Supervisor), you'll provide guidance and leadership to a team of Material Handlers and Drivers. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of all warehouse operations, coordinating with various business partners, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You'll also assist in staff assessments, training plans, and the development of improvement strategies.

• 5+ years of experience in related disciplines.
• Previous forklift experience (counterbalance, stock picker, reach truck) strongly preferred, or ability to become certified.
