Job Summary



Working as a District General Manager, you are responsible for Company Kitchen distribution branches in Lenexa, KS. You will direct a team of managers by example while ensuring that the service provided by your team will meet or exceed client expectations.





Key Responsibilities:



+ Responsible for the branch’s financial performance


+ Builds a team to accomplish goals and provide them the vital resources for professional growth


+ Ensures 100% compliance of all company safety and security initiatives


+ Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability


+ Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies


+ Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region


+ Participates in the sales process to grow the region


+ Promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive environment






Preferred Qualifications:



+ BS Degree preferred


+ Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience


+ Higher Education background preferred


+ Strong leadership and communication skills


+ Financial acumen


+ Multi-unit experience is preferred
