Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare technology operations across the district, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and standards.
- Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships and governance structures, acting as the primary point of contact for the University Hospital System.
- Exhibit superior business acumen, agility, and proficiency in budget management and decision-making.
- Coach and mentor employees at various levels to enhance their performance and career development.
- Review and maintain compliance reports in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety program execution and recommending changes as necessary.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, communicate findings to the client and senior management, and initiate action plans as needed.
- Understand cybersecurity challenges and solutions relevant to healthcare providers.
- Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives within the organization.

What we're looking for:
- Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic Management Experience: 7 years in a leadership role.
- Basic Functional Experience: 7 years in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
