Responsibilities –
-Assessing district sales performance and trends to drive sales growth across three stores.
- Ensuring an effective inventory mix and merchandise display to optimize sales in every location.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Managing payroll hours, overseeing cash control, conducting store audits, and tracking inventory loss.
- Accountable for inventory shrinkage control throughout the district. - Upholding a high standard of customer service through direct engagement with associates and customers.
- Training and developing both hourly and managerial staff within the designated district.
- Reviewing marketing opportunities in the Vegas market for three stores.
