District Manager

We’re looking for a self-driven, self-aware, leader who’s devoted to inspiring and motivating their team and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description for a District Manager

LEAD TOGETHER

• Recruit, motivate, coach and retain a dedicate team of customer facing store employees.
• Drive your team with effective communication and provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies.

EMBRACE CHANGE

• Continually identifying opportunities for improvement with an eye for driving the business.
• Juggling the urgent matters that arise with the district and shifting priorities.

ENHANCING EVERYONE’S JOURNEY

• Provide a welcoming and well-maintained environment to customers through your team and effective facility maintenance.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, colleagues and team-members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of hourly employees in a retail, service or related industry.
• Proven track record of first class performance.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.
• Passion for customer service excellence and coaching staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Benefits

• Annual compensation to include a base pay of $90,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus.
