- Base Salary: Starting at $70,000+

Your Role as District Manager:
As District Manager, you’ll oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple car wash locations, directly influencing the growth and success of each site. In this role, you will:
- Lead by Example: Foster a culture of excellence, customer service, and teamwork, mentoring managers to consistently deliver an outstanding Sparkle Express experience
- Drive Performance: Use data-driven insights to set and achieve ambitious goals, implementing strategies to boost revenue, streamline operations, and optimize customer satisfaction
- Maintain Standards: Ensure each location upholds Sparkle Express's high standards of cleanliness, equipment functionality, and brand consistency
- Support Site Managers: Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to help each manager thrive, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
- Engage in Daily Site Visits: This role requires daily travel within your assigned territory to stay actively connected to each location and team
