What would my career growth plan look like?
Depending on the role that fits you best, a highly successful candidate can expect to progress from new in the role to either Agency Business Consultant or Agency Owner in 18-24 months and then even opportunities to become an agency owner.
Is this a commission-only position?
Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.
What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our process, at the very least you can expect to make $60,000+ in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the District Recruiter:
Proactively Contact applicants to our various job posts.
Communicating with other potential future agency owners
Establish candidate relationships and follow up with candidates, as needed
Understand candidate needs and identifying where our opportunity fits
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential candidates
Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our opportunities
Staying informed about competing industry opportunities
Ability to win over highly sought after candidates
Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
Qualifications for the District Office Recruiter:
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
