Overview:EagleView is currently recruiting for a District Sales Manager.
The District Sales Manager (DM) role focuses on our government vertical in Florida. The DSM is relied upon to maintain and grow current client accounts as well as aggressively pursue new business. This role is a key part of the overall sales team that support our government sector and has primary responsibility for revenue generation within their assigned territory. The District Manager coordinates all sales activities within their region, working in conjunction with their Regional Technical Manager to achieve all revenue goals. Specifically, the employee will be maintaining the relationship with existing customers, up-selling where the opportunity arises and adding new customers to the existing customer base. The selected candidate will be rewarded for their success with an excellent compensation/commission plan. This candidate will work from their home office and must reside within the Territory (Florida).
Responsibilities:- Create and drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and generate leads within the territory
- Conduct large group sales presentations and software demonstrations
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com CRM
- Generate quality leads from tradeshows and regional networking events
- Communicate with customers to ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention
- Meet (and exceed!) annual sales quotas
- Other duties as assigned
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with documented success
- Ability to travel within the territory required (roughly 50% travel)
- Experience selling in a technical environment to the public sector is a plus, but not required
The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Full-time (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a remote full-time position with a base salary range of $50-75K, and commission eligible (targeted at $80,000-$130,000, based on experience).
