Division Controller
Onsite: Long Beach, CA (Open for relocation assistance)
***MUST have experience***
at least 10+ years in controllership in construction industry
at least 4-5 years in leadership. So overall 14-15+ years of experience.
***MUST have skills***
a) Project Accounting
b) Trade Union Accounting (as they currently have around 10-20 trade unions to manage)
***Candidate's resume MUST have revenue details they handled in each companies.****
Job Requirements:
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Requirements:
- Similar responsibilities and requirements as their corporate controller role but would be solely in charge of their industrial maintenance division.
- Experience with managing a division or business unit around $50-100 million in revenue.
- Must have relevant experience around the heavy maintenance or construction industry.
- Must have experience around union reporting in the commercial/federal space.
- Excellent leadership capabilities
