Background Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred -
- Minimum (5) years Operational/General Management leadership experience in the electronic security industry with full P&L responsibilities
- Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good managerial practices & aptitude
- Will have Budget and P&L responsibility with the expectation of effectively controlling labor and material costs
- Manage and directly oversee employee development/job scheduling/budgeting/resource management/client relations and overall operational excellence
- Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality service is always provided
- Develop, train and hire personnel including sales , technical, office, administrative and customer support personnel as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
