Pro Exterior is seeking a Division Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH! Pro Exteriors is a turn-key siding installation company servicing the Central and NE Ohio markets. For over 25 years, our team has been providing builders with high-quality, on-time, cost-competitive, installation services. As our Division Manager, your role will be to manage and grow customer relationships while leading installation teams in the execution of high-quality siding installations that meet or exceed manufacture installation requirements, follow OSHA safety requirements, and meet or exceed our customer’s requirements.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and Grow Cleveland area customer relationships that result in profitable sales.
- Expand Siding Installation Team to meet market demands and growth opportunities.
- Oversee field execution of siding installations.
- Collaborate with Field Construction Managers to ensure requirements are being met or exceeded.
- Field Inspection of jobsite installations to meet quality, safety and customer requirements.
- Promote Installation Team training on proper installation of building products and OSHA safety requirements.
- Support Installation Team with material shortages with the assistance of Pro Exterior office team.
- Coordinate with office team in reporting of jobsite material overages and shortages.
- Bi-Weekly reporting to team & immediate communication of potential issues.
- Support Service and Warranty team as needed.
- Identify conflicts or areas where Pro-Exterior will not meet customer expectations and being proactive to find resolution.

- 5+ years of experience in a management role.
- Construction background in proper installation of exterior building products.

- Ability to perform and demonstrate OSHA safety and product installation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred but not required.
