Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40+ hours per week)
Salary: $32.60 to $51.73 per hour (Performance-Based Pay)
Lunch: 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch Break (Mandatory)
Breaks: Two 15-Minute Paid Breaks (Mandatory)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to oversee and lead the BDS Project Division. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Division Manager will also oversee a team of project managers and support staff while collaborating with other divisions to maintain seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of project managers, field technicians, and support staff to ensure the successful execution of all projects within the BDS Project Division.
- Project Oversight: Ensure that all projects are managed effectively, from initiation to completion, with attention to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, providing ongoing support and addressing any project-related concerns.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensure cost control, and oversee the allocation of resources.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to upper management, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any potential issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or construction management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the commercial construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly assessing situations and developing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or similar credentials are a plus.
- Experience with BDS Products: Familiarity with doors, hardware, and related products in commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
