A Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field;

Organized, self-starter with excellent time management skills;

Strong communicator that can work effectively within our team;

Understanding of current marketing trends;

Job Knowledge:

General understanding of marketing across main platforms, and deeper knowledge of 1 or 2 specialty areas;

Basic awareness of current marketing trends, especially on the digital front;

Working knowledge of graphic design tools is a huge plus - Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator;

Ability to help others bring a rough idea to life.

Preferred Experience:

2 - 5 years preferred but not required;

Strong communication and ability to work well with others.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain. *This position will report to the OVM Corporate office in Virginia Beach on a full time basis.
