About the Job
The Docket Team is responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, this can include but not limited to:
- Scheduling hearings
- Calling the courts and or Judicial assistants
- Receiving calls from the court and or Judicial assistants
- Obtaining documents needed
- Preparing order sheets needed at the hearing
- Preparing notices of hearings
- Review of files to ensure proper flow of the account
- Checking court websites for procedures and filing
Pay for this position starts at $16.00/hr. – set rate.
