SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for ECO processing and the maintenance and publication of Engineering process documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Primary reviewer of engineering change requests, change orders and change notices
- Owner of ECM process documentation and training
- Controlled Engineering process document maintenance and communication
- Manages and reports on ECM metrics
- Leads the development of improvements to document and data control methods and facilitates their implementation
- Backup to the Engineering Change Administrator (Windchill PDM/ECM)
- Backup to Master Data Specialist for SAP data entry as part of ECM process
- Other related duties as assigned
- IMDS Submissions as needed

- Ability work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, attention to detail
- Engineering print reading, BOM review, product release process understanding
Experience
Required- In-depth understanding of material master data; bill of materials and routing and how they influence one another; training and documentation experience.
- 1 year(s): MRP/ERP experience, SAP preferred
- 2 year(s): Document Control experience
- 5 year(s): Experience with Windchill Change Management
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better
- Associates or better in Engineering or related field
