Document Control Specialist - PrideStaff

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00/hr
Location: San Diego, CA
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join a project. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy ensuring accuracy in document management, this position is for you!

Document Control Specialist Job Duties include:

• Process all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database (including scanning, logging, distribution, and storage).
• Maintain and distribute daily project files and establish a listing of stored materials.
• File and store physical documents, including paper manuals, digital media, and project-related files.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance monitoring to ensure accurate, efficient operations.
• Support the management team with additional assignments as needed.

Document Control Specialist Preferred Skills include:

• Proven experience with ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), and Primavera Contract Manager.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Document Control Specialist Requirements may include:
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Ability to provide 2 professional references.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
