Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to provide excellent document control skills necessary to create and maintain documents. This individual will need to have exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong word processing, technical writing and record keeping experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Create and maintain documents for the team such as ISO documents, Corrective/Preventive Action Reports, etc.
• Complete assignments according to set standards in regards to conciseness, clarity, style, and terminology
• Arrange for distribution of written material
• Gather information from several resources for document content
• Create PDFs from document source files
• Arrange team meetings, trainings, collect and post records of meetings and trainings such as attendance lists, training materials
• Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards
• Manage and maintain department inventory
Qualifications:
• AA or better in English with knowledge in computer systems preferred
• 1+ years of related work experiences preferred
• Proficient in the use in Adobe InDesign and FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
Salary Range
$61,000 - $96,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
