Responsibilities:
- Oversee and sustain document control processes and systems.
- Organize and manage both physical and electronic files.
- Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and disposal of documentation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure document accuracy and completion.
- Perform quality checks on documents to guarantee compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding document management systems.
- Possession of a current ISO 9001 certification or appropriate experience REQUIRED.
- Mandatory prior experience in auditing
- Proficiency in SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Comprehensive understanding of records management principles and practices
- Outstanding proofreading and editing capabilities
- Expertise in writing clear, concise, and technically precise documents
- Strong organizational skills pertaining to file management and administrative tasks
- Experience with quality management systems is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
