Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Documentation Support to join our team to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of various documentation, including systems, programming, and operations documentation.
+ Creates user manuals, reference manuals, and other relevant materials.
+ Manages an up-to-date internal documentation library and provides additional documentation services when needed.
+ Possesses the ability to gather, analyze, and compose technical information.
+ Ensures accuracy and proper use of technical terminology.
+ Translates complex technical information into clear and understandable documents suitable for both technical and non-technical personnel.
+ Interacts with colleagues, management, and customers with effective communication, including delivering presentations when required. They also excel in providing accurate information during these interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
+ Bachelor’s Degree : Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree
+ A Master’s Degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
+ Two (2) years of position-specific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.…). Working knowledge of HTML.

Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
