Document Writer - Intern - Jetpack Shipping

Your Role:

We are offering an internship for a detail-oriented and motivated Document Writer.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) for
  various processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fulfilment, quality control, and
  manufacturing, to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the
  development and maintenance of documentation best practices.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory
  requirements, including FDA, GMP, and SQF guidelines.
• Additional requirements as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey
  complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free documentation.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple
  projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Cgmp, FDA, and SQF regulations is a plus.

Length of time - 3-6 months
