Documentation Support Analyst at Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC

A leading finance trading organization is looking for a Documentation Support Analyst to join their team downtown
This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure all project documentation is maintained, organized, and up-to-date
The ideal candidate should have strong technical writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and be familiar with documentation platforms like Confluence.

This role is onsite downtown in the Loop
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, or a related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in a documentation support or administrative role, preferably within the finance or trading industry
  
• Proficiency with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing documentation needs
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working within a finance, trading, or technology-driven environment
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
  
• Understanding of finance industry regulations and compliance documentation requirements
