Part Time 11-4 M,T,Th,F 8 - 4 On Wednesdays
We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Documents Preparer, Printing, and Shipping Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Print, Prepare, organize, and package various types of documents for shipping
- Coordinate the safe and timely printing of documents and materials for shipping
- Maintain accurate records of all documents and materials being shipped
- Communicate with courier services to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Assist with general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and/or document preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
