Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations and Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Executive Director and staff by managing the agency database, constituent communications, fundraising campaigns, and internet presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages, updates, trains users on, and integrates agency CRM (database) with fundraising software and agency
  website for accurate reporting.
• Processes, designates, and acknowledges all financial donations and grants.
• Manages agency website and events calendar, ensuring accurate and up to date information.
• Provides detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial health, donor metrics, constituent
  engagement, event attendance, marketing trends, client demographics, fund and grant usage, and more.
• Creates original designs and layouts for agency media, including fundraising campaigns, event branding,
  brochures, fliers, business cards, signage, t-shirts, social media posts, and more.
• Produces Annual Report, compiling and coordinating content from all agency departments, coordinates printing
  and mailing.
• Research marketing, fundraising, societal, and medical/oncological trends to stay current and relevant in
  communications.
• Oversees logistics, staffing, and operations for agency volunteer, client, and donor appreciation events.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Associates degree with 1-3 years of experience in an office setting.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit CRM management, Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
  (or comparable programs), WordPress, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to focus on projects independently and as a team;
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, volunteers, and community partners.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior;
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients, personnel, and organizational matters.
• Willingness and positive attitude to learn new skills and take on new tasks; and
• Knowledge of the community in order to identify potential resources (including volunteers) desirable.

Pay Range Disclosure:

• $27 to $27.88 per hour
