Summary
Opens the door for all people entering or exiting the building. Participates in remote usage. Assists residents with packages. Meets and greets residents and their guests. Gathers information about the guests: their names and whom they wish to see. Ensures all guests sign-in. Answers residents' questions to the best of his/her ability. Seeks out answers to questions. Promotes a positive approach with everyone. Answers incoming phone calls. Takes the names and phone numbers of those seeking information; they will be called back during normal business hours. Monitors the emergency call system in response to emergencies. Maintains proper documentation of emergencies. Monitors the fire alarm panel. Refers to the emergency procedure book during alarms. Serves as a member of the emergency response team. Checks the premises and doors during rounds each night. Monitors the cameras, reporting any suspicious behaviors. Fills out the daily report on any unusual occurrences. Places the update or other papers requested by management on the doors. May be assigned other duties as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
- Six months job related experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
