Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Door to Door

Location: Town N Country, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:
We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our roofing company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building relationships with potential clients through door-to-door and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals. You will be responsible for selling roofing services to residential and commercial clients, earning a base pay along with competitive commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales and B2B sales to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Present roofing services to potential clients and explain the benefits of our offerings.
• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or roofing inspections.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue.
• Maintain a detailed log of interactions, leads, and sales in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales is required.
• Roofing industry knowledge or related construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
