Job Title: PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

Location: Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all rehabilitation services.
• Supervise therapy staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for the department.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
