Autumn Lake Healthcare at New Britain is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
