A leading company in modular and mobile home construction is seeking a talented Draftsman to join their team at their Fort Worth, TX facility. As a key part of the engineering department, you'll play an essential role in drafting and designing plans for innovative factory-built homes, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Draftsman position include:

• Associate's degree in Drafting or a related field preferred, or 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction of modular or similar homes.
• Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, department managers, and senior leadership.
• Ability to review and develop engineering plans that comply with regulatory codes and guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed design files for review by internal teams and external regulatory agencies.
• Support new product development through comprehensive drafting and design work.
• Ensure quality control over drafting operations and identify any defects or improvements needed in production.
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, working onsite at our Fort Worth facility.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability insurance after 90 days, and a 401k plan after one year.
