NBME is proud to partner with Drexel University and give students the opportunity to utilize the skills they have learned in the classroom and leverage them in an educational setting.
This internship position will support NBME's Marketing & Strategic Communications division with a primary focus in marketing technology. The right candidate will have an interest in learning about and contributing to the management of marketing technologies that NBME uses to deliver and optimize strategic campaigns and support the customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Website management support:
- Assists in the development and implementation of content on websites
- Helps to integrate work of writers and designers to produce final layouts compatible with corporate standards
- Assists in the implementation of tags, triggers and other website tracking variables, using Google Tag Manager
- Assists in the updating and management of website cookies, using OneTrust
- Manage development tasks in admin website environment, using Drupal
- Assist with the posting of announcements on admin environment of customer portals in Salesforce
- Perform various other tasks to maintain site hygiene (monitor the review/takedown schedule of PDFs, unindexed pages, and other site content)
Digital Accessibility Conformance:
- Helps ensure an equitable digital experience for all site users by assisting in the identification of website accessibility conformance barriers using Axe Dev and other scanning tools
- Assist in implementing accessibility remediations to conform to WCAG standards
Analytics and Reporting
- Use Google Analytics to create site traffic reports
- Assist in the set-up of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and reporting, using Google Ads
- Create email metric reports on regular and ad-hoc timeframes
Content and Process Management
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and proofreaders to ensure digital campaign content is accurate and error-free
- Assist with the scheduling and deployment of customer-facing emails
- Help maintain the email publication calendar
- Assist with the creation of project tracking boards and automations in Monday.com
