Drill Crew Superintendent - Davron LLC

Sterling, KY, where you'll oversee drilling operations, ensuring the successful completion of projects that support critical infrastructure. Our company is dedicated to safety through initiatives like "Stop Work" authority—where any employee can halt operations if they notice a safety issue—and a reward program for identifying safety improvements. Work alongside a tight-knit team while traveling to sites in and around Kentucky and Indiana to complete foundation drilling projects that build lasting structures like bridges and buildings.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Drill Crew Superintendent position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of foundational drilling experience.
• Knowledge of vertical drilling and the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team success.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, OSHA 30 ideal (training provided if not certified).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to job sites in KY and IN.
• Ability to oversee and ensure all drilling projects meet safety, quality, and budget standards.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with 4% match and immediate vesting, two weeks of vacation, and three personal days. Health benefits kick in on the first of the month after 60 days, and the 401(k) begins after 90 days.
