Driver/Bell Services - Canyon Ranch

• Responsible for providing complimentary guest services, including transportation, luggage pick-up and delivery, rooming guests and errands. Supervised by the Front Office Manager and in cooperation with the Hotel Director.
• Luggage Management - Accurately tags, tracks, and monitors guest’s items in various storage areas, while efficiently transferring luggage to and from guest’s rooms.

• Transportation - Provides transportation to various airport, train stations and local trips in all weather conditions
• Driving - Safely and efficiently drives and parks our guests’ luxury vehicles
• Delivery - Responsible for delivery of guest supplies to guest room.
• May assist in snow removal on vehicles
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks 

One to two years related experience. Position requires a MA State Drivers License and clean driving record needed to meet Group A Driving Requitements.
