CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

What you'll do:
- Provide initial individual screening for assigned clients, determining for further assessment.
- Provide small group counseling.
- Responds to and communicates client/facility issues, program concerns, and behavioral and security issues with the appropriate team and/or management.
- Complete all necessary counseling paperwork and adhere to established program schedules and agendas.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Part-time, Weekends. Saturdays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Sundays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or completion).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Chemical Dependency Counselor I, II, or III licensed by the State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board, and/or
- Registered Candidates who are supervised by an individual qualified to be an alcohol and drug addiction services supervisor pursuant to this rule, and/or
- Counselor Trainee practicing under the supervision of a professional clinical counselor whose declaration statement includes substance abuse assessment and counseling.
- Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Minimum LPC or LSW is required. Those with LISW or LPCC preferred
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record
- Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the CommQuest mission and create connections.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check
- Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients

- Up to 16 hours of paid work release annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses).
- Licensure fee coverage up to $320 annually for one license.
- Flexible work scheduling with supervisor approval to make up time during workshop weeks.

- Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses for licensed positions!
