Highlights:

Position Title: Driver License Regional Credentialing Specialist

Locations: Frankfort

Duration: Open-ended

Work Schedule: Monday To Friday / 8 hours shift (7:45 am-4:45 pm)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Review and analyze secure documents of driver's license applicants
• Learn/Utilize the KY Driver's License Information System
• Process complex applications/screen applicant documents and information
• Advise applicants on their questions and concerns regarding driver licensing
• Become familiar with State and Federal Commercial/National Driver Licensing laws
• Balance end-of-day reports

• Team Player & a high level of accountability
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree or Work Experience commensurate to a 4-year degree {Preferred}
• As this is a Customer Facing Role, a Business Casual Dress Code will be required
