Presbyterian Homes and Services is seeking non-CDL Drivers to join its Optage Meals team. Responsibilities
The Driver position is responsible for transferring meals into company owned vehicle from the Home Delivered Meals kitchen, delivering the meals to our clients on a specified route, rotating and observing consumption of food, assessing home situations, interacting with customers, ensuring that seniors are communicated with and are safe; reporting any information that presents a question or concern for a senior’s well-being or safety to management immediately, maintaining documentation including collecting and filing menus and returning the food carriers to the home delivered meals main kitchen.
Qualifications
- Prior meal service experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently,
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
