Driver Mobile Medical Unit - Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc.

Treasure Coast Community Health, a well-established, ever-growing and highly respected healthcare provider in our community is seeking Mobile Medical Unit Driver/Receptionist to be responsible for driving and maintaining the mobile medical unit (MMU) and the mobile dental unit (MDU) assuring all of its systems, equipment and supplies are in good working order for use as a primary care delivery site for residents of Indian River and surrounding counties. The driver will transport the MMU, MDU to various locations on schedule as required. The driver will assist with setup for events including primary care clinics, vaccine clinics and testing clinics as assigned. The driver will remain with the MMU, MDU while in operation unless otherwise agreed to. The driver will assist with registration, health navigation, intake and management of the clinic flow.

As a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, our focus is meeting the medical, dental and mental health needs of the insured, non-insured and under-insured people in our community and to provide accessible, cost-effective, high quality, comprehensive healthcare throughout Indian River County, Florida.

Current driver's license, with good driving record for three years, or period of licensure, whichever is shorter. High School education or G.E.D. Special consideration for additional certifications related to community health (ie. Rapid HIV, Rapid Hep C testing). Prior knowledge or experience with driving and maintaining large vehicles helpful. Ability to drive the Mobile Medical Unit (as determined by a driving test or evidence of prior experience).
