Job Title: Drug and Alcohol Navigator

Summary: Under the supervision of the CENS Program Manager, the Navigator will provide screening, information, and linkage/referrals for individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief screenings for substance use.
• Provide information on available resources and services.
• Facilitate referrals to treatment and support programs.
• Coordinate care with community partners.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social services or related field.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
