Drug Manufacturing Technician Contract at Manpower

Our client, a leader in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Drug Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Drug Production Department, supporting both the operations and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures accurately, and the flexibility to work independently or in a team environment, ensuring the success of manufacturing operations.

Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician (Contract)

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay Range: $18/hr
Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
 

What’s the Job?

1. Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment in accordance with operational protocols.
2. Weigh raw materials and active ingredients precisely, and combine them into blends as required.
3. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper repair of equipment and the facility.
4. Accurately complete batch record documentation according to cGMP guidelines.
5. Participate in ongoing training, including cGMP and safety training.

What’s Needed?

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Ability to follow detailed procedures with minimal errors or corrections.
3. Basic computer skills sufficient to complete documentation and batch records.
4. Willingness to work with repetitive tasks, including aliquoting samples.
5. Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
