Description:
Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment. Accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients and combining them into a blend. Keeps the equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair. Participates in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing process). Accurately follows and completes documentation with minimal errors or corrections. Completes training, including cGMP and safety training in a timely manner. Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly. Entry level HSD or GED equivelant required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and prepare urine specimens for processing
- Enter data from requisition forms and specimen bottles into the lab database
- Remove urine samples from packaging and load into trays for processing
- Accurately document and record information
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
- A high school diploma
- Ability to type 40WPM
- Ability to carry up to 15lbs for a distance of up to 40 yards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using a computer and bar code scanner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- High level of attention to detail
