Dryer Operator - Day & Night Shift - Milk Specialties Global

We are currently seeking Dryer Operators to join the Norfolk, NE team. The shifts for these positions are Days, 6am-6pm, and Nights, 6pm-6am, with every other weekend off. 

MILK SPECIALTIES GLOBAL IS OFFERING A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS ROLE!!! 

Pay:  $24.50 per hour (+$1.00 night-shift differential)

Responsibilities

• The Dryer Operator is responsible for running the Dryer Department in an efficient and productive manner. 
• Ensure all incoming products are measured to meet finished product specifications and quantities. 
• Collaborate with Bagging Department to ensure sampling of products, correcting any issues, and providing support.
• Maintain dryer settings to ensure all products are within specifications.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/wet processing preferred). 
• Candidate must be able to climb and descend flights of stairs up to 6 stories.
• Previous machine operator experience, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and be a licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
