Position Overview: As a Drywall/Frame at Credible Construction, you'll play a pivotal role in our on-site project management and execution. Your responsibilities will include both leading and performing various remodeling tasks, as well as ensuring that all projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules and manage on-site operations with subcontractors.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure efficient project planning and execution.
- Address and resolve project issues quickly in coordination with the owner and Office Manager.
- Perform skilled carpentry work, including finish carpentry, framing, and installing molding, casings, fixtures, and hardware, following project plans.
- Use hand and power tools proficiently, applying your knowledge of construction methods such as demolition, framing, HVAC basics, electrical, plumbing, tiling, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.
- Lead and guide field personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage all on-site construction activities and maintain job site safety and organization.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in remodeling, particularly in kitchen and bathroom projects.
- A strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of residential construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with job management software.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of lifting up to 80 lbs independently.
- Must have a full set of hand and basic power tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- A desire to grow your career and improve your skills, with a passion for teaching others.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time position.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $38.00, depending on experience.
- Health insurance eligibility after 90 days.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
