Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing drywall projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage all aspects of project delivery, including resource management, client communication, and quality control, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of drywall projects, from initial planning through to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the drywall or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, installation methods, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
