Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes and repairing cracks
- Smooth and sand surfaces to ensure a seamless finish
- Prepare drywall for painting or other finishing processes
- Install and tape new drywall as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proven experience in drywall repair or a related field
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
