Job Description

GET PAID TO PLAY! Our Caregivers go to the movies, baseball games, concerts/activities in the park , YMCA, out to eat, bowling and more !
BASE PAY starting is $16.25 an hour! FAST onboarding!
1-3 years of caregiver experience= $16.75 an hour
3+ yrs of experience=$17.25 an hour
_MUST have valid driver’s license and pass background check. Cannot have a provisional driver’s license_
We have multiple worksite locations available in Dartmouth, Raynham, and Westport, MA

+ Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Day, evening, and overnight shifts.
+ Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration. (We train!)
+ Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities.
+ Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.
_Qualifications:_
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Six months to one year of experience in the human services field preferred
+ Valid Driver's License from state of residence
+ Must be minimum of 18 years of age
+ Successful clearance of background checks
+ A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
+ A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
