DTC Settlements Administrator - Phaxis LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Settle trades and update customer accounts in accordance with T+1 settlement requirements.
• Ensure trades are affirmed through the Central Depository of the United States with brokers within required deadlines.
• Process trades requiring manual enrichment.
• Generate and review daily reports, performing account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve settlement fails, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate with clients regarding missing data and message requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-3 years of experience in banking operations.
