REB Management Services Inc. is currently seeking to hireSeasonalDelivery Drivers for Land O' Lakes and Seffner(With possibility for Full-time after probationary period.)

Delivery DriverSkills and requirements:

• Enjoy driving and be passionate about customer service.
• Anactiveworking smart phone (for communication purposes)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Clean driving record with no current impediments against your driver’s license.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be willing to consent to a drug screen.
• Reliable, dependable, positive go-getter attitude.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays (except for Christmas and New Year’s).
• Drivers must work either a Sunday and/or Saturday based on the schedule.Shift starts at 10:30am.The daily hours worked vary and are dependent on routes scheduled for that day.

Deliver DriverJob Responsibilities:

• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Work in all weather conditions; Lift up to (and including) 50lbs; get in and out of the van 150-200 times a day.
• Use a smartphone app to scan packages, use GPS navigation, follow delivery instructions, and communicate with customers.

Deliver DriverBenefits:

• Starting pay is$20.00/hr.With opportunities forovertime (1.5x normal rate)and bonuses.
