Dual-Property Hotel General Manager - Western States Lodging & Management

Western States Lodging & Management, a well-established hospitality brand, is hiring a full-time Dual-Property Hotel General Manager to manage the day-to-day at two of our vibrant locations. If you're attentive, strategic, and great at managing your time, this could be your chance to advance in the hospitality industry!

As a crucial member of our hospitality team, you earn $90,000 – $100,000/year, depending on experience. This position normally works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and receives excellent benefits like:

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• 3+ years of experience as a hotel general manager
• Ability to effectively split your time between our TownePlace Suites Marriott and Hampton Inn Hilton West Valley hotels

While not required, experience as a dual general manager would be preferred. Experience with Marriott or Hilton would be a bonus!

As our Dual-Property Hotel General Manager, you closely supervise the daily operations and processes of our locations to ensure staff performance and customer experience are top-notch. This role keeps you on your toes as you oversee all aspects of our hotels and promptly solve any problems that come up. You track performance at each location, identify areas for improvement, and execute effective new methods to take our brands to the next level!
